The following councilmen answered roll call,McMahon,Knoll Loose,Howe,and Cook. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read. The Treasurers monthly report was read and-approved as read.I The Treasurers yearly report was read and accepted as read. Moved by Loose.seconded by Cook that meeting adjourn and open as Board of Review. Council meeting as Board of Review. E.L.Shannon was present and read the tax books. Moved by Lo as e and seconded by McMahon that W.E.Gilham be exempt from poll tax becaaae of ill health.Motion carried. Moved by Cook,seconded by Knoll that tax books be accepted as read.Motion carried. Moved by Cook,seconded by Loose that Board of ReView adjourn and reconvene as Town ~ouncil.Motion carried. The new council was sworn in by the Clerk with all members present. Mayor Davis. Councilmen:Cook.F.noll.Loose.Howe and McMahon. Ma':or Davd s made the following appointments. I Moved by Loose.seconded by Howe that the salary of B.N.Over- man by raised $10.00 per month.Motion c~rried. A proclamation to clean up was ordered by the Mayor and set April 15th as a dead line. Moved by McMahon.seconded by Cook that meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
