Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis ,
The following councilman answered the roll call,
Cook,Knoll,Loose,Howe and ]\ici'lahan.
Thei minuttes of the previous meeying were read and approved

Mayor Davis appointed Ki t t e:.Carter as member of the Library
board for a term of three years begining July 1st 1934.

Chas R~Smith met with the council in regard to 5th street
north of the M •&st L.depot which was graded and which
he claims was vacated by the Town in 1886 and tiiee vested
in Clark Smith,Chas ~.Smith now claims damages from the
Town of Waukee,,
Mayor Davis appointed the street &alley COMlutte to look
in to this matter.
The follOWing Budget estimate was made and the clerk was instructed
to have printed in the Dallas County News and date of hearing
set as of August 6th 1934 at 8.P.M.
