Meeting called to order at 8 :00 P ,K,by :Mayor Davis,
The following councilnen an~wered the roll call,Loose,McMahon,
Hoyre,Cook and YUloll.
Curtis Gregory and Chas.R.Smith met with the council in regard
to 5th Street.After.a long discussion it WGS decided that Mr.I~,_..
Snith should be paid j40.00 for that portion of 5th St.which
belonged to Royal,Srnith and 17hich the Town graded and opened witb-
cut the consent of Royal Smith.
Moved by Loose,seconded by I<lloll that the Clerk bv instructed to
draw a war-r-arrt in favor of RO"J7'31 Smith and wife for ~!':'40.00 on
pre s ent.at.Lon of a warranty deed,dUly c cmpLe t.ed by Royal Sntith

The minutes of the previous meeting were then read and approved
as read.
