Special me~ting of the ~own Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Councilmen present,Mayor Davis,Loose,Knoll,Howe and I\;c]V;ahon.
A,bsent Ooo k ,
Moveej by McMahon and seconded by Knoll that the well be oaid for
and 156 fe~t of casing at 60¢per foot making a total of-0255.60.
Motion carried.
Mr.Gibson,,the well driller agr-esd to leave the casing in for
three months and if by thatQme the council had decided not to
keep the well he would refund the money for the casing less the
cost of pUlling the casing.
Moved by McMahon,seconded by Loose that meeting adjourn.!iIotio,n
