Council met in regular session at Bank of Waukee on the above date
with the following councilman present,Mayor Davis,
Counoilman,Loose,Knoll.Howe,and Mc"lahan,Absent Cook.
The minuttes of the last meetings were read and approved as read,
The treas report was read and approved as read,
