Special meeting of the Town Council of Uaukee Iowa.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor DaViS,
The follwwing councilman were present,
Loose,Knoll,~eese Mc1~an and Howe.

Moved by loo1~han and seconed by Knoll that the ooucil
acoept bid of f75.00 from Howard Dallam for casing
left in well that was drilled by Gibson &Hayes
located on property of HOWard Dallam,Motion Carried.
Moved by Knoll and seconed by Loose that meeting adjorn,
Motion carried,
