on the east side of threer property to be made into a street I

The followinq resolution was passed and the clerk instructed.~.-to complete the trasfer therof ,With approval of the bndget director.
Wheras there is now in the h:'nds of the trees in the li~ht
fund the sum of',.•16340.77 an d wherees t:'.isamount is not needed
and wherees there is shortage of money in the ~eneral Fund and
improvement fund because of being unab'le to levy enough taxes
according to law ,~owthere for be it resolved th~t ~500.00 be
transfered from the lirht fund to the general fund and that
$500.00 be trahsfered from the light fund to the improvement
fund,th&2 this transfer be permanent in accordance with section
388,code 1927,That there is snfficent money in t ne li[';Dtfund
to take care of all future needs.

An ordinance for the regulation of semling beer was read
and discussed Bnd it was moved and seconed that the cou~~l
meet saturday night June 8th to finsih the business.
