Meeting held in the Waukee Office of the Brenton State Bank
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis.
The following councilman answered the rmll call
,Loose,Knoll,Eowe,Mcillahan,and Cook.
The minuttes of the previous meeting were read and ap2roved Iasread.The treas report was read and approved as read.
Moved by Loose and sec ond ed by McMahan that the folc,owing bills
be allowed and orders drawn on the treas for the same.

The budget estimate was read and no objections was offered
so it was excepted and ordered certified to the county Auditor.-
A petition was read requesting the Town ~ouncil to extend
8th St from Locust to Cherry Str for Public use.Petition was
signed by 24 Citzens and property owners of the Town of Waukee.
Joe McKinney requested the Town to Drain 3rd Street from
Adel Avenue South to his lots a distance of 200 ft and aggreed to

do the wark.Moved By Loose and seconed by Cook that the Town
'buy 200 tile for draining 3rd Street,Joe McKinney to
dig the ditch lay the tile and fill the ditch,Motion Carried.
