Special meeting of the Town Co~ncil of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the Waukee Office of the Brenton State Bank.
The follo'wing c o..nc f Imen were present:Ma"or G.E.Davis,
Co~ncilemn Loose,Knoll,McMahon,Howe and Cook.
Meeting was called for the ~rpose of passing a resol~tion of
necessity for a sidewalk along Blocks 2 and 3 on the so~th
side of Laurel St.I
Cou.ncilman McMahon offered ohe following resol~tion which was
ad op t ed OJ the c ou nc f L by u nan imou s vote.

Be it resolved by the Cou.ncil of the Town of Waukee,Iowa
that a permanent sidewalk be and the same is hereby ordered
constru.cted on or before the 25th da.)'of October,1935,adjoin-
ing and abu.tting the following described lots and parcels of
groJ-nd.
On the so~th side of L~~rel Street adjoingng and
ab~tting Lots 1-2-3-4-5-e of Block 3 of Copeland's
Addition to t ne Town of Wa",kee,Io·wa.
Said sidewalk to be constructed of cement foJ.r feet wide,IfOJ-r inches thick,made of fou r parts of concrete mIx and one
part cement all in accordance .tith the p.l.aJaiand specifications
