Councilman present.11ayor Davis,Cook Mcl'iahan ,Laos e,Knoll
and Howe.Meeting w~s called for the purpose of issueing a
bU~lding permit to A.A.Law to erect a bUilding 8 x 12 inside
hieght of ~eiling 7 ft 6~ft rear to be built on the Hammond
lots west of Jones Ap!trtment hOa.SiF•

Regular meeting of the 'l'own Council of Waukee,Iowa ..
Meeting held in the Waukee Office of the Brenton State Bank.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis •
The folloWing councilman answered the roll call.Loose,F.noll,
McMahan,Cook,and Howe.
The minuuttes of the previous meetings were read and approved
as read.The treas report was read and approved as read.
Moved by Cook and seconded by Knoll that the following bills
be alloweO and -orders drawn on the treas for the same.

Moved by Loose and seconded by Cook that a permit to sell
cigeret'..s be issued to A.B.Huggins.hiotion carried.
h~ved by LORse and seconded by Cook that the Town refund to
A.A.Law ~33.34 being the amount of unused cigarett permit.
Motion carried.
B.N.Overrr~n was insturcted to see contractors and have them
bid on punting in side walk and to let it to the lowest bidder.
