RegUlar meeting.of t.ne..Town .Council.of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the Waukee Office of the Brenton State Bank~
Meeting callea to order by Mayor Davis.
The following councilman answered the roll call.
Loose,Bowe,and Enoll and Kallenback,Dr 'Young intered the
meeting after the row1 call.

The minuttes of the previous meeting were llead and approved
as read ..
The treas report was read and approved as read.
Moved by Young and seconded by Kallenback that the
.bill of the Iowa Power &Light Co for street lights
for April be not allowed untill some adjustment was
made fo~the poor service during April..
Moved by Howe that the following bills be allowed and
orders drawn on the treas for the same,Seconded by
Loose,Motion carried.

Moved by Loose and Seconded by Young that the Town
employe Robert Frush,Attorney at Adel Iowa as·legal
Council for the Town of Waukee,at a salary of~lO.OO
per year.Motion Carried.
A long discussion was had at this time in regards to
waterworks for the Town.No legal action wast taken.
Moved by Loose Meeting Adjorn,Seconded by Kallenback.
Motion carried.
