Meeting ca11~d to order by Mayor Davis.
The following councilmen answered the roll call,Young,Knoll,
Loose and Howe.Absent Kallenbach.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.ITreasurersreportwasreadandapprovedasread.
Moved by Young and seconded by Loose that the following bi1ls'be
allowed and orders drawn on the Treasurer for the same.

The bill of the ,Iowa Power and Light Company was not allo~ed until
some adjustment ·is made.
The Mayor appointed Mrs.McMahon on the Library Board to succeed
herself for a term of three years.I
