Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the Waukee Office of the Brenton State Bank.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis
The following councilman answered the roll 6all
Young,Loose and Knoml,Kalenback and Howe entered meeting after
the roll call •
I The minuttes of the prev~ous meeting were rea&and approved
as read.
The Treas report was read and approved as read.
Moved by Young and seconded by Knoll that the fO~lowing bills
be allowed and orders drawn on the treas for the same,Motion carried.

Mayor Davis appointed Mrs Chas u~rris on the Library board to
fill the unexpired term of Mrs Ellsworth.
Mr McCutheon of Des Moines met TIihh the council in regard
to drilling a well for water •~o action taken at this meeting.
Moved by Loose mmeting adjorn,seconded by knoll,Motion Carried.

Special meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa
Meeting held in the Waukse Office of the Brenton state Bank,
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis.The following councilman
answered the roll call,Young Knoll and Loose,Kallenback and
Howe entera&the meeting after the roll call.
Meeting was called for the purporse ofi con~idering a contract
with the McCutcheon Well Co of Des l~ines ~owa to drill a well
or wells.Mr McCutcheon was present and presented the council
with the contract.

After much discussion the following ~e~lution was offerd by
Councilman Young and moved ~he adoption thereof.The motion
was seconded by Councilman Loose,On roll call of the council
all voted yes for the resolution as follows,
That the Town Coucil of Waukee,Iowa accept the well proposition
of the McCutcheon Well Co of Des fuoines,~owa,as offered and
hereby $nters into contract for the same •
Moved by Young and seconded by Kallenbach that the proposition
of J.A.Snyder of~ered at a previous meeting be accepted
and option taken on Lots 11-12 &13 in Block 10 of the First
addition to the Town of Waukee Iowa for the purporse of putting
down a test hole ~or water.u~tion carried.
Moved by Loose and seconded by Kallenback that meeting Adjorn
Motion carried.
