Special meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.

Meeting held in the Office of Gr Young.
Meeting called to order by Mayor Davis •
The following councilman answered the roll call
Loose,Knoll,Howe and Young,Kallenback entered the
meeting after the roll call.
J.A.Snyder met with the council.
Meeting w~s called f9r the purporse of securing
an option or bUying ~ots 11-12-&13 in block 10
of the first addition to the town of Waukee for the
purpore of drillings a well for the Town.
Councilman Young offered the following resloution
and moved the adoption thereof.
§e it reslolved,that the To?m Council of Waukee
buy Lots 11-12 &13 in block 10 of the First Addition
to the Town of Waukee ,Iowa from J.A.Snyder at
the smllinof$300,saiil.lots to be u~~£~or well sight
or park or play ground.Lots to be for in cash when
J.A.Snyder furnishs a deed and acceptable abstract
of Title.
The above resolution was seconded by Councilman Loose.
The Mayor then called for a poll of the council.
The vote·on the above resolution was as follows.
Young,Yea
Knoll,Yes "
Loose,Ye-s
Howe ,:Les
Kallenback,Yes.The Mayor then declared the above
resolution adopted.
Moved by Young and seconded by Loose that meeting
adjorn,Motion Carried.
