April 5,1937.
The regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Davis.
The following coundilmen answered roll call;Loose,Knoll,Howe,Kallenbach and Young.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
The Treasurer's monthly report and yearly report was read and appr~vedasread.'
Moved by Loose and seconded by Howe that the following bills be
allowed and orders drawn on the Treasurer for the same.

Mayor Davis re-appointed Mrs.Morrill and Katherine Carter on the
Library Board for a term of three years.
Mr.Higgins met with the council.
At this time there was a long discussion about the well.
Moved by Loose that the well be cased to its entire depth and a
pump put in the well.There was no second to this motion.
Moved by Young,seconded by Knoll that meeting adjourn until
Tuesday evening,April,6th at 7:30 P.M.
