Councilm1:m ,Young offered the follw11ling resoliltion and moved the
adootion thereof.
Be It Resolved by tIle Town Council ofd:;;.ukee,Igwa,th:;;.t as soan
as J.A.Snyder presents the tax receigts that are shown as unpaid
on the ebstractthe clerk is hereby instruted to dz awn him a warrant
in the SU~j of ~300.as full and final paymaat for lots 11-12-13 '
in block 10 of the ];'irst ..:l.CiCi i ti on to the Town of daukee.Lowa,
The avoveresolution Vias seconded by Howe arid on cull of the council

JIouncilinan Young offered the folluwing resoluti on and moved the
adoptiom thereof.
Be it llesolved oy the ~'own Oouncil of dau::ee.Iowa.that land contract
between Summa&.Genuriedileen and the Town of daukee.be made a
matter of record on the minuttes and as soon as Vlarr~nty deed is,
issued clerk is instructed to draw them a wazrant in the sum of ~150.
as full and final payment for land they c or.tirac ted to sell to the
Towmfor street purporses.The above resoluti ,)n Was s ec onded
by Loose and on call of the Council the resolutien was declared carried.
Eoved Young and seconded by Loose that :';1000.00 be transferred from
the light fund to the genezzl funa for thr purpose of finishing
paying for the well and land and street pilrchased.
