Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the Office of the Brenton Staate Bank.
Meeting Was called to order by Mayor Davis,

Moved by Loose and seconded by Howe that the following
bills be allowed and orders dra~m on the treas for thesame•.
Councilman Young entered the meeting at this time.

On motion by Young,Town Clerk *Was instructed to write
to the Supt of the M &S L.L.H.R.in regard to having
the crossing at the M &St LDepot widnend so that two
cars could pass on the crossing.Motiom was seconded
by Kallenback and carried.
Clerk Was instructed to write by registerd letter to the
McCutheon well 60 in regard to getting the work done
on the action taken at a formor meeting.
Complaint was made about a condition that existed on
the north end of Lot 1 in block 3 of the replatt of the TownofWaukee,Iowa.
B.N.Overman was instructed to see that the condition
referred to was cleaned up and if not done ,regular
notice of abatement was to be served on the property owner.
Moved by Young that the Town put on a light coat of gravel
on the street running north and south on the west line of
the Town beginging at the intersection of Adel Ave thence
south to the cornor of the street that runs east and
and west past the M.E.Church.Seconded by Howe,Motion Carried.
The following bUdget estimate was aggreed upon and the clerk
was instructed to advertise the same in the Dallas County
news and set the date of August 2nd as the hearing on thesame.
