Application of F.E.D~Ford for a clams C beer permit was
presented by the clerk.IMovedbyLooseandso~onQeQ oy Howe that a Class C beer permit
be issued to Jr.,E.De:Pord when he files his bond.

of the Library board to suseeed them~elves and the Clerk was
instru~te~to notify them.
The following reso~utmnn was offered by Councilman Kallenbach
and moved the adoptiou there of.
Be it Resolved that the T0wn Coauli:ilof Waukee give Brenton
Lumber Co.ofi'jaukee,Igwa e ozrtz-aet for bUilding pump house
as :per specifications submi ted and i'ilea with the olerk at.
the price of @297.50 built with all materilillfurnished Q
including foundation and paint.
The above resoultion was seconded by Councilman Howe
and on vote of the Council all voted yes.
The Mayor then de~lared the resoultion ea~ried.
