Meeting held in the Fire Station.
Meeting $alled to order by ~yor Young.

Aeting Mayor C!l.rterthen declared the motion carried and the
bills ll.llowed.
Clerk was instrueed to write the Chistain Chureh board in regard
to the repair of the side walk at the Christian Chur8h
Olerk was instruced to write Ray A.Bmmert of Des Moines
in regard to preparing papers to ue used on speei&Q eleO'ltion
for water system.'
ii.ii.Loose Offered the following resolution s.nd moved the
adoption thereof,Be it resolved th~t the Town of WaUkee ,
use the Waukee Offiee of the Brenton State Bank as a depoitory
of publi~funds to the ~ount of $25000.
The above resojlmtion wlJ.sseillondedby Davis and on ~all of the
Ooun~il the Mayor de~lared the resoultion earried.
Mayor Young re-entered tho meeting at this time and took eharge.
An Ordinanee prOViding for and re~ulating the use of the fire
fighting apparatus and eQuipment outside the Town limts of Waukee
was read by the Clerk.
Carter moved that the rules be suspended and that the OrdinlJ.ce
be adopted.Se@onded by Kallenoaek.On eall of the Qouneil
all voted yeas.The l~yor then ~eelared the ordinanee adopted
and instruted the elerk to draft the same and post in three
pUblie plaees in the Town two of whiik was the I~ors offi8e
and the ?ostOfiiee.
