Meetiug was held in the Pire Station.

Ray A Emmert,Attorney of Des ~oine~,Iowa,for instruetin~regardiug the petition for a water system.
Ray Emmert met with the Council and offered to de the
work for the iown at ~6.00 p.r hour fer the actual timeheospelltQLJ.matters of the Town of WaUkee.
Moved By Kallenba~k and seeondedby Carter that Ray .A.Bmmert
be hired as the Town Attorney.~Qtion earried.
Clerk was instru~5ed to write,Breton Lor Co~C.O.BeBll_t
J.Norwood and Champ Forret inregards ~o the sidewalks.
