as read.The treaS report was read and approved as read.

bills be allowed and orders drawn on the treas for

Budget estim&.nl!lewas read.The Mayor salled for objections and
none appearing it was'moved by Loose and seconded by Kno~that
same be certified to the county Auditor.Motion carried.
Carter moved that the names of the WaUkee Fire Department be I
removed from the poll tax list befor being cer~ed and also
that poll taxes paid by memebers of the-Waukee ~ire Department
for the year 1938 be refunded upon presentation of there
receipt to the Town by the Fire Department.
Seconded by Kallenback.Motion carried.'
Moved by Carter ~seconded by Loose that John Llewellyn be
sent a bill for ~25.00 for fire call June 7th 1939.
Motion oarried.'
Loose offered the follwoing resolution and moved the adoption
thereof.
Be it Resolved by the Town Oouncil of the Town of Waukee
that Beer Permit of F.Elmer Harsh be revoked for oause at onoe.
Seconded by Carter.On poll of the Oouncil the Mayor deolared the
resolution carred and instructed the Marshal;),to pick up the
permit •.
