Meeting held in the fire Station.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Young with the following
Councilman p~esent.Knoll.Loose,Carter,Kallenback &Davis.
Application of V.E.McCleary for a Class B.beer permit
was read by the clerk.Long discussion.

Davis offered the.following resolution and moved the adoption
thereof.,
BE IT RESOlir.&D.by the Town Council of the Town of W;aukee
that a class B.beer permit be issued to V.Ej McCleary.
The above resolution was seconded by Knoll.On call of the
Council the ~~or declared the resolution carried'and orderedthepermitissued.
Moved by Davis meeting

RegUlar meeting of the Town Counoilof Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the Fire Station.Meeting was post poned untill
this date by the ~~yor.
The follWWing Councilman answered the roll oall.
Kallenbaok,Loose and Knoll,Davis and Carter entered the meeting
during the reading of the 1linnuttes.
'The.Minnu.ttes of the preVious meeting were read and approved
as read.The minnuttes of the special meeting were not approved
beoause they were notbin form.

The treas report was read and approved as read.
The follOWing bills were read by the Clerk.

to Volunteer Fireman for the year 1938.

orders drawn on the treas for the same.Seconded by Knoll
Motion carried.

Letter read from Mrs Timmons and filed..
Letter read from the Attorneys of The Geo M.Bectel Trust in
regards to the payment of old light bond.
Moved by Carter and seconded by Davis that oheck for $281.66
received form the Geo.M.Bect.i.trust beacceptei as payment
fo~bond and treas be instructed to indorse the same and
credit to the Town funia.Motion carried.
