Regular meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the fire station.
Meeting was called to order by Mayor Young with the ~ollowing
councilman prse~t and answering ~e roll call.
Loose,Knoll,Davis,Carter and Kallenback.
~e minuttes of the previous meeting were read and approved
as read.
Thetreas report was read and approved as read.
The following bills were read by the clerk.

Davis moved above bills be allowed and orders drawn on the
treas fat the same.Seconded Knoll.Motion carried.
Petition for water works distribution was filed with the
Council wi th53 signlililla.resofvoters of the Town of ilaukee.
14x Ralph W.Gerhart of Cedar Rapids was present and submited contract
for engineer for putting in system in event same should carry.
Kallenback offered the folluVing resolution and moved the adop;ion
thereof.'
Be it Resolved by the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.that Town
enter into contract with Ralph.W.Gerhart of Cerdar Rapids,Iowa
as an engineer for the proposed water system as set forth in contract
tend;ered •
The above resolution was seconded by Loose.On call of the Council
the Mayor declared the resolution carried.
Loose moved that present meeting be continued to the night of
FellY the 13th at 7.30 P.M.Seconded by Kallen&akk.Ivlf;jtioncar:C'ied.
