Knoll moved that the above bills be allowed and orders
drawn on the treas for the same.Seconded by Carter
Motion carried.

Town Council approved officers of the Fire Dpt as submitted.
Yearly report of the Library board was ap2roved by the Cpuncil.
Carter Moved S.M.Nissly be elected Clerk of the Town for·
two years,Bec ond ed by Davis.Mayor Young declared 8.11.Nissly
dUly elected clerk.

and meet as board 01:reveiw.Motion carred.

B.B.Curler was present and read the tax books.There being I
no corrections it was moved by DaviS that the assessors books
be accepted and certified to the county Auditor.Seconded
by Dallam.l~tion carrmed.
Mayor Young left the meeting at ·this time and appointed 6p:rter
to act as Mayor.
Dallam mOved board adjorn and meet as town Council.Seconded
by Kallenback,Motion carried.
4ating Mayor Carter reopened the meeting and no futhur business
appeared it was moved by Kallenbach that meeting adjorn.
Seconded by Knoll.Motion carried.
