The following councilman answered the roll call.
Carter,Davis,Knoll,and Kalle.back,Absent Dallam.
Theminnuttes of the previous me$Dtng were read and
approved as read.
The treas report was read and approved as read.
The following bills were read by the clerk.

Carter moved that the above bills be allowed and orders
drawn on the trees for the same.Seconded by Davis,
Motion carried.
This being the date set for hearing on the bUdget and
there being no objection it was moved by Davis and
seconded by Kallenback that the following ..budget be
certified to.the county Auditor.Motion carried.
