Speciul meeting of the 'l'ownC:ouncil ofilaukee,Lowa ,
Meeting was 'called by the Mayor.
Meeting was held in the fire station and was called to order by
l~yor Young with all councilman present.
Meeting was called for the purporse of acting on bUilding permit
of Geo Ii.Coffman to build on the odd fellows lot.
I Carter moved that Geo .i.OofflliJllIlbegiven permi t to build
a building on the 0da fellows lot accordling to plans on file
with the lJayor,Seconded by Davis,Motion carried.
Dallam moved the the Town of iiaukee enter into contract
with Geo w.Ooffman for the sale of water as follows,
thirty five cents per thousand gallons of water used from the
cistern,in the triangle when used and disposed of.Qne dollor
per mOnth when water is being returned to the cistern a,nd one
dollar per month minnumum for water used for drinking purporse
and other uses,if over minnimumis used the regUlar rate of
40 cents per thousand shall apply.

Seconded by Kallenback,Motion carried.
Davis moved meeting adjorn,seconded by Dallam,Motio~.carried.
