Regular meeting of the 70wn COQilcil of ~~ukee,Iowa.
~eeting held in the fire station.
Meeting was called to order by l~yor Young,
:rhe following councilman answered ,the roll call.
Dallam,Carter,Knoll,Kallenbach and Davis.
The minnutts of ,the previous meetings were read and approved
as read,
The treas report was read and approved ~s read.
The following bills were read by the clerk,

Moved by Carter and seconded by DaviS that the above bills
be allowed and orders drawn on the treas for the same.
Motion carried.
Carter offered the following resolution and moved the adoj,ltion
thereog.
Be it resolved that the Town of Waukee transfer ~515.e5 from
the emergenoy fung to the general fund for the purporse
of providing funds for the payment of the new auto partol.
That the transfer be permanent and same be sent to the
State Comptroller for his approval.
The above resolution was seconded by Councilman Davis and
on call of the Council all voted ~e.The Mayor thea declared
the resolution carried and ordered the proper prceedunr of the
same.
Dallam moved that 6th ave be declared a th~wv;street with
the execption of Adel ~ve and that all traffic intering on 6th
Ave be required to stop be for prceeding thereon and that stpp
signs be placed at the intersection of lialnut and Locust streets.
Seconded by Kallenabahh,Motion carried.
Kallenbach moved meeting adjorn,Seconded by Dallam.
Motion carried ••
