Meetir~held in the fire station.
Meeting was called to.order by Bayor Young.
The following Councilman answered the roll call.

The miwluttes of the previous meeting were read and
approved as read.
The treas report was read and not accepted because of a
small error.

Carter moved that the above bills be allowed an~orders
·drawn on the treas for the same.Seconded by Davis
•motion carried.
·Letter read from shuler Coal co Inregards to the price of
-coal.
brayor Young instructed the Clerk to purchase a new ~aay
·flag for the Town.
Davis moved that all coustom work done with the grader
be at the rate of ~2.50 per hour with a mimi mum of \lil•OO
Town to furnish man,grader,gas and o~l.Seconded by
Carter.Motion carried.

Council ordered all cig permits and beer permits that expired
June 30th 1941 renewed upon prpper application together with
bond and fees for-such holders that re~uest them.
Carter moved meeting adjorn,Seconded by Kallenbach.
Motion carried.
