Special meeting of the Town Council of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the fire station.
Meeting called _tg~.order by Mayor Young.
The following councilman answered the roll call.

Davis,Knoll,Carter,Kallenbach and Dallam.
Meeting was.called for then purporse of correcting annual budget.
Mr McClarey,County Auditor met with the council.
Carter offered the following resolution and moved the
adoption thereof,
Be it resolved the.t~he To'lll.nCouncil olf ,iaukee,Iowa
levy ~200.00.in the emergency fund for the year 1942
due to the fact that the Council is unable to secure
enough funds in the general fund for the general running
expenses of the town •The above resolution was seconded
by Councilman Kallenbach and on call of the Council
all voted yes.
The Mayor then declared .the resolution carried and ordered
same to be sent to State Comptrmller for approval.

Carter moved the.tthe following bUdget estimate be approved
for printing and set date as of Sept 2nd at S.P.M.at
the fire station for hearing on the same.
Seconded by Dallarn ,Motion carried.

annual bUdget adopted at this meeting nescessitated by
errors found in first publication as of JUly 16th 1941

Carter moved meeting adjorn seconded by Davis ,Motion carried.
