Regular meeting of the Town COJ.ncil of Waukee,Iowa.
Meeting held in the fire station.
Meeting was called to order by 14ayor Young.
The following Councilman answered the roll dall.
Kallenback,Kl1Qll and Davis,II.The minnuttes of the previous meeting were read and
Da~llam and Carter entered the meeting at this time.

TheBe was no trees report due to sickness.
The following bills were read by the Clerk.

Moved ny Carter &:Seconded by Da11am that the above bills
be allowed and orders drawn on.the treas for the same.
Motion carried.
M4Yor Young appointed the following Clerks and Judges of the
coming Town election.
Clerks~Mrs Albert Lewis and Mrs J.S.Keller.
JUdges,W.G.Kallenach,U.F.Knoll,A.B.Carter.
J.J.Potter made applicatio~for Cigerrtte permit.
Kallenbach moved that permit be issued to J.J.Eotter
and permit of Geo Culver be canceled.Motion carried.
l~ry Mclliahanwas appointed as a member of the Library board
to suceed hereself.
The Town Clerk was instructed to notify Katherine Carter,Secy
of Library Board of this appointment.
IJlotionwas made by Kallenbach,secondeil by Da L'Lam that Clerk be in-
structed to notify Max Staver,Agent of the Kenyon property of the
unsafe condition of the balcony projection over sidewalk and Which
shall be aoated within a period of 10 days.Notice to be delivered
in person or by registered mail to said Agent or Owner.Motion
oarried.
Moved by Carter,seconded by Dallam that meeting adjourn.Motion
carried.
