The following cuncilillananswered the roll call

Harry"Williams neWly appoin~ad councilman was sworn in by the
Mayor.
1~etihg was called for the purporse of passing an ordinance
regftl~ting black outs.
An ordinance defining air raids 2.l1dblackouts and providing
penalties,for violation thereof,was read by the clerk.
Davis moved that tho rules be suspended and that'the ordinace
~e adopted and be in fRll force and effect as prOVided oy law.
Seconded by Kallenbach.
'Un call of the council amI voted ~ttg*yes.The mayor then declared
the ordinanee adopted.
Moved by ilaivs meeting adjorn,•Seconded by Kallenbach.Motion carried.
