A Special meeting of the Waukee Town Council was held ~urch 8,1967 with
Mayor r~amer presiding ~nd ail Counci~ilen eYcept Johnston pr~sent.
This meeting was called in regari to creating an or di.nance on the duties
of the full time Clerk.

r.In charge of all personell for town.
2.In char-ge of purchases.
3.In charge of buildings and vehicles owned by the town.
4.Duties of the Clerk set out in State Cooe.

5.Any other duties th~t the Council may at times request.
6.The Clerk would be responsible to the Mayor ~nd Council.
Theroad to be surfaced by County going through Waw~ee was discussed but it
was decided to make t~eir descision after Henry Oakes,Sngineer,presented
his study to~he Counc i.L,
