The Waukee Toom Council held its Regular Meeting September 11,1967,
With Mayor Kramer pre siding and Councilman present Leonard,Howe,
Meyer,Rees,Absent Bernard Boone.
Moved by Meyer seconded by Rees to approve Minutes as read Carried 4-0.
Moved Howe secQnded by Meyer to accept treasurer report as read.Carried
4-0.

Glenn Erickson,of Brenton Bank,met with the Council regarding the
possibilty of XKKi±se lling the present building now used by the
Brenton as the Bank office to the Town.No pri~was quoted.The
Council disgussed the proposition,but decieded that no action could
be taken until Brenton put a cost on the property.
Moved by Howe seconded by Re es to authorize the Clerk to puchase
a snow blade for the Ford truck at a cost of $839.00.Carried 4-0.
The Council disgussed the possible use of Radar in Waukee,the
possibilty of buying one,or renting one,after some disgussion it
decieded to talk to some of the towns that have Radar,and See what kind of
arragements can-5e-illade-withthem.
Moved by Leonard seconded by Howe to accept the Specifications for
New Sub Division improvements as presented by Eng Henry Oakes to the
Waukee planning Commisssion.Carried 4-0.
Mo ved by Meyer seconded by Howe to pay the Claims presented by
Clerk and regrested to rgester.Carried 4-0.

and Rees.Absent Dr Chas W Howe.
Moved by Meye r second by Boone to approve minutes as read.Carried 4-0.
Moved by Boone seconded by Rees to approve treas report as read.Carried 4-0.
Walter Hinkson met with the Council and presented a annexation pe ttion to the
Council.The council accepted and file and would forward the same to the
planning Commisssion.

T.K.Insurance Co on the Twon Insurance policy SUbject to attorney approval.
