Moved by Bconessecondedbby Rees to is sure a Beer Permi.t.to Eds Tavern carried 3-0. Moved by Leonard and seconded by Boone to approve Harold~ger Contract and pay him 90%.Carried 3-0.IMovingaHouseTraileronLaurelstreetwasdmsgussedbytheCouncilandit was agreeded to eend the same to the planning Commisssion. Halloween was dislZussed by the council crewfew was mention,it was finally agreed to hire ext.r:t.he'Lp for Friday Saturday Sunday Monday and Tuesday.
