Clerk Kemo Nizzi,gave the Oath of office to New elected Mayor HRowe.
and to following named councilman,Vincent Meyer,Bernard Boone,Merle Kees,
Eobert Applegace,and Charles Davis.Mayor Rowe ,stated that all CoucHman duly
elec§ed had qualified for its office and the council was opened for new business.I lJayor Howe appointed Bernard Boone acting Clerk to clerk the new meeting.
Moved by Meyer and seconded by Davis to appoint Paul Husher attorney for
the Town of Waukee.Carried 5-0.''
Moved by Kees secondec by Applegate to increase the attorney salary to $100.00
per month.Carried 5-0.
