moved by Boone seconded by Rees to approve Treas Report as read.Carried 4-0.

It was moved by Councilman Boone,and seconded by Councilman Davis,that the Ordinance
Resolution entitled "An Ordinance Regulating Trailers and Trailer ?arks within the
Corporate Limits of the Town of Waukee Iowa,and ?roviding ?enalties for the
Violation thereof"be now read by the Town Clerk.The ~ayor Fro Tem put the qwestion on
the motion,and the roll being called the following named Cou2ciL~en voted:Ayes
Boone,Applegate,Davis,Hees,Nays None:Whereupon,the :"ayor Pro Tem declared the
motion duly carried.
It was moved by Councilman Applegate,and seconded by Councilman Hees,that the rule
requiring an Jrdinance to be read on three separate days be dispensed with.The Mayor
Pro Tern put the question on the motion,and the roll being called,the following named
Councilman voted:Ayes,Boone,Davis,Applegate,Rees,Nays None:Whereupon the ~ayor
declared the motion duly carried.4-0.
It was moved by Councilman Davis,and seconded by Councilman Rees,that the Ordinance
Resolution entitled "An Ordinance regulating trailers and trailer parks within the
Corporate Limits of the Town of Waukee,Iowa,and Providing penalties for the vi~lation
thereof".be now put upon its final passage and adoption.The Mayor ?ro-Tem put the
qwestion on the final passage and adoption of said Ordinance Resolution,and the roll
being called,the following namedCouncilmen voted:Ayes Boone,Rees,Davis,Applegate,
Nays tlone Vlliereupon,the Mayor fro-tern declared said Ordinance P~solution duly adopted and
passed,and signed his approval to said Ordinance.
Moved by Rees seconded by Applegate to to pay The Iowa Development $1417.00 for Iowa
Project P 86 per Contract •Carried 4-0.

'wlaltliinkson met with the Council regarding a.atrailer park,and presented the council
plans for the Park.
Moved by"Rees seconded by Boone to approve ?lans on liinson triler park as presented on
the plans,water,and sewer to be put in by Hinkson.Carried 4-0.
Pat Morris,LeRoy Wolfe met with the Council regarding Fall Festial by JC Sept 21,22,
and also disgussed a tenn place.
The Council agreeed to ssell Natural Gas to the Des Moines Golf Glub at at a firm rate of
59&prOViding they would agree to give the town a answer by June 11,1968 in writing and
signed by the President of the Club.
The Council instructed the Town Attorney to write to Denny Felt regarding the 200 feet of
water iJipe.
to form a rate for gas cooling from the month of June
