SECTION 2.Motor vehicle traffic prohibited.

SECTION 3.Penalty.Anyone violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall,upon couviction,be subject to imprisonment not exceeding 30 days,or a fine
not exceeding $100.00 or by both fine and imprison~ent.
SECTION 4.Repealer.All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 5.Saving clause.If any section,provision,or part of this ordinance
shall be adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not
affect the validity of this ordin~nce as a whole or any section,provision,or part
thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitmtional.
SECTION 6.When Effective.This ordinance shall be in effect after it's
final passag~,approval and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council on the 14th day of July,1969,and approved.this 14th
day of July,1969.

Absent--Boone and Gardiner.
Moved by Applegate seconded by Rees to approve the minutes as read.Carried.
A delegation of citizens met with the council concerning the water backing up in
their basements.A long discussion was held on this sUbject.
Street bonds were sold with G 0 Bonds at 6%and special assessment bonds were
sold at 5 %.
Moved by Baer and seconded by Rees to h~ve a study made of the.Sanitary Sewer.Carried.
Moved by.Rees and seconded by Applegate to pUblisy the following budget:

The waukee to,~,council met in Special session.August 25th with Mayor presiding
and counciL~en Applegate,Boone and Rees present.Absent--Baer and Gardiner.
Don Culver,Engineer,met with the council regarding the Sanitary Sewer.
Moved by Boone,seconded by Applegate to have Don Culver make a s~Udy of the
town sewer ,Carried.
Moved by ~pplegate secou1ed by Boone to grant a Beer permit to Golden Spur.C3.rried.
Moved by Boone seconded by Rees to recommend 3.pproval of a liquor License for the
Golden Spur if approved by the Liquor Commission.Carried.
Saturday August 30th,from 1 to 5 P.M.was designated as a work day 3.t the Park.
Also any suggestions for name for p3.rk to be sent to town cler¥.
