The \llaukeeTown Gcunc i L met in the Town Hall wHh Mayor Meyer presiding and
Councilmen Applegate,Boone,Baer,Gardiner and Rees present.
Moved by Boone seconded by Applegate to accept Oakes Engineering approval of
sewer that was teliv:ised from 1st to 2nd on Gray ave.Carried.
Moved by Baer and seconded by Gardiner to notify Culter Engir::eerir-gto present a
report,to the council on his study on infHration of water on 2nd,3rd and 4th streets.

Replacement for Doug Brickert was discussed by the council.It was decided to let
the new council appoint the replacement.
W~yor Meyer appointed Katie Spoerry as chai~man of the usa for ijaukee.
Clerk instructed to check with I.H.JPaullir.regarding the I'lxtendingSoutb School
street leO feet.
The council discussed solid YJaste agreement 1/d t.h the Des Moines .Agency concerning
the amended and substituted Inter-govermental agreement and decided to table same.
The clerk reported that the Highway comrrdssion survey of speed in front of Jo-Lene
Mobile court would not be changed to a lower speed at the present time.
Moved by Applegate and secanded by Boone that the new organizational meeting would
be held January 2,1970.At that time newly elected N~yor Lowell Camarigg and the
following counci.lmen:Daniel Gardiner,Merle nees,Bernard Boone,Dr.Rona Ld Blessing
and Ross Nelson would be sworn in at that meeting.Carl'ied.
