H::mr~.'Dakee of Oakes Engineering presented the council w~th specs for water storage for the Town of Waukee. Moved by Rees seconded by Blessing to acoept and file specs.Carried 4 to O. Letting to be ~June 18th at 7:00 P.M. Moved by Bees seconded by Boone to have town attorney,Paul Huscher,to start con- derr~ing procedure on south Sohool street in front of Gardiner &Moon property.100 feet east and west and 60 fest north and south.Carried 5 to O. June 8,1970. Eegular meeting of the Town Counc i L was held June 8th with Mayor Boone presiding ,?',nd councilmen Blessing,Gardiner,Nelson and Rees present.Absent None. Minutes were approved as ~ead. Dennis Dol.mage met with the ccun c i L regarding J.C.report. Nelson Wood and John Shoeman met with the council regarding g~rbage.The council· decided to have some one come and talk to them about incinerators. The ccuncil voted by ballot for T'8;:1.acement on the counc'i l.,RossNelsan nominated GIn Stanley,Dr.Blessing nominated George Kramer.When ba lLo bs were counted the vote wa.s Kramer--3,Stanley-..l~ Moved by Rees sEconded by Gardiner to name George Kramer on Council.Carried 3 to 1.
