RESOLUTION 2021-093
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2022-2026
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2022 through 2026; AND,
WHEREAS, Code of Iowa §384.15(3) requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption; AND,
WHEREAS, on February 1, 2021, the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
March 15, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. to consider the City's Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2022 through 2026, and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law; AND,
WHEREAS, members of the public interested in the City's Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2021 through 2026 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15t' day of March, 2021, that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2022 through 2026 is hereby approved and adopted.
