The TownCouncil of the Townof Waukeemet in regular session on the
1st day of March,1971•The meeting was called to order by Mayor Boone and
the roll being called,those present were:Rees,Morris,and Blessing~
Absent were:Gardiner and Kramer.
Councilman Blessing introduced an ordinance entitled:"Building
Regulations for Trailors and Trailor Parks".It was moved bJ'Councilman
Blessing,second by Councilman Morris,that the Ordinance entitled "Building
Regulations for Trailors and Trailor Parks"be now read by the town clerk.
The mayor put the question on the motion,and the roll being called,the following
voted:Ayes--P..ees,Blessing,and Morris.NaJ[s:None.wllereupon,the mayor
declared the motion duly carried.
It was moved by Councilman Morris and seconded by Councilman Blessing
that the fule requiring an ordinance to be read on three sepafate days be
dispenced wimh.The mayor put the question on the motion,and the roll being
called the following named Councilmen voted:Ayes--Rees,Morris,and
Blessing.Nays--none.Whereupon,the mayor declared the motion dUly
carried.
It was moved by Councilman Rees,second by Councilman Blessing that'
the ordinance entitled ~Building Regulations for Trailors and Trailor
Parks"be now put upon its final passage and adopteon,The mayor put the
question on the motion of final passage and adoption of said ordinance I
resolution,and the roll being called,the following named Councilmen
voted:Ayes--Rees,Blessing,and Horris Nays:none.Whereupon,the mayor
declared said ordinance resolution duly adopted and passed and signed
his approval 'to said ordinance resolution.
An ordinance amending Ordinance No.410,Building Regulat!bons for
Trailors and Trailor Park~,an ordinance regulating trailors and trailor
parks within the corporate limits of the Townof l-Jaukee,Iowa,and providing
penalties for the violation thereof,by ammlding Section 10.12 thereof.

BElit enacted by the Council of the Townof Haukee,Iowa:
SECTION1.That Section 10.12,trailor park layout,of Ordinance No.410,
building regulations for trailors and trailor parks in the Townof Waukee,Iowa,
be amended by adding thereto the following:
"G"Except as otherwise provided in this Ordinance,all provisions of the
Zoning Ordinance of the Townof Waukee,Iowa,shall be fully applicable to
trailor parks,including but not limited to regulation of lot size,yard size,
use and occupancy."
SECTION2.This amendmentshall be in effect after its final passage,
approval and publication as provided by law.I Passed by the Council on the 1st day of )VJarkh,1971,and approved this
1st day of March,1971.

Changlimgthe Width of R-2 Iot.s "
It was movedby Councilman Morris,second by Councilman Blessing,that
ordinance resolution entitled "Zoning Ordinance Changing the Width of R-2
Lo'bs"be now read by the town clerk.The ~.ayor put the question on the motion,
and the roll being called,the following named Councilmen voted:Ayes--Rees,
Blessing,and Morris.Nays-none.Whereupon,the mayor declared the motion
duly carried.

ordinance resolution entitled "Zoning Ordinance ctUmging the Width of R-2

passed,and signed his approval to said ordinance.
An Ordinance amending the Zoning Ordinance of the Townof Waukee,Iowa,
Article VI,Section 600.

BE it enacted by the Council of the Townof Waukee,Iowa:
SECTION1.That Section 600,Article VI,line 5 on page 25,of the Zoning
Ordinance of the Townof Wauke,Iowa,which now reads:

SECTION2.That said Article VI,Section 600,of the Zoning Ordinance of
the town of Waukee,Iowa,shall,except for this amendmentchanging the width
of R-2 lots from 50 to 60 feet,remain,unchanged.
SECTION3.This amendmentshall be in effect after its final passage,
approval,~nd posting or publication as provided by law.
Passed by the Council of the 1st day of March,1971,and approved this 1st
day of March,1971.
