Regular Council meeting was held the first day of March,1971 with Mayor
Boone presiding.Councilmen present--Rees,Morris,Gardiner.Absent--Kramer
and Dr Blessing.
Movedby Rees,second by Gil.rdine:r:,to approve minutes as read,Carried3toO..
IeRoyWolfe present representing the Planning Commission.
Rev.Robert Jones met with the Council regarding the M &St L Depot.
Denny Spencer met 1Iri.th the Council regarding t..rlerezoning of his lots.
It was agreed to rezone all along East side of 4th Street to R-2.
Casey's General Store class "c "beer permit was discussed.No action
taken.
Moved by Rees,second by Morris to have clerk put an ad in the paper
for an extra policeman.Carried 3 to O.

A special meeting was held on ¥Jarch 6,1971 at 10:00 with Mayor Boone
presiding.Councilmen present--Rees,Blessing,and Morris.Absent--Gardiner
and Kramer.
The meeting was called in regard to CaRey's General Store class "C"
beer permit.
Movedby Morris,second by Rees to issue a class "C"beer permit to
Casey's General Store.Carried 3 to O.

A special meeting was held March 23,1971 at the town hall.Mayor Boone
presiding,with Councilmen Rees,Morris and Blessing present.Kramer and
Gardiner absent.
The meeting was called in regard to Gray plat #5.
Movedby Horris,second by Blessing to approve Gray plat #5.Utilities
must comply to Sub Division regulations and under the supervision of the town
engineer.Carried 3 to O.
