No accessory building shall be erected in any I required front or side yard,and no separate building shall be erected within five (5)feet of any other buf.Ldj.ng, Is amended to read: Section 703. ACCESSORY BUILDINGS. No accessory buildings shall be erected in any required front or side yard,and no separate building shall be erected within five (5)feet of any other building.However,notwithstanding any other provision of the zoning ordinance of the Town of Waukee,Iowa,garage buildings may be erec%d in R-1 and R-2 districts not less than two (2)feet from the side yard line to the nearest point on said garage building. SECTION 2.This amendment shall be in effect after its final passage,approval, and posting or publication as provided by law. Moved by Bees,second by Morris,to employ Oakes Engineering Company to accomp'ld.sh'aaLl.engineering necessary to the construction of the 1971 "raukee,Iowa Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project-Fourth St.Out-Fall Line &Aeration Fac- ilities.Motion carried 4 to O.
