AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCES ESTABLISHING
PARKING REGULATIONS OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE
CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF WAUKEEt IOWA
SECTION 1.All references made to streets herein are to be construed to refer to the nears
right of way line of said street.
Parking will be allowed except as prohibited herein.
East Road
First Street
Second Street
Tenth Street
SECTION 2.No parking is permitted at any time on either side of the following
North-South streets:
Th trd Street
Kaylin Drive
Eighth Street
Ninth Street
SECTION 3.No parking on the East side of the following North-South streets:
SECTION 40 Regulations concerning the other North-South streets from East to West are:
A.No parking on either side of Fourth Street from U.S.
Highway #6 South to South side of Northview r except
(1)Parking wi II be permitted 142 feet North from the
Northwest corner of Maple Street on the West side of
Fourth Street
(2)Parking will be permitted on the West side of Fourth
Street from Locu st Street 716 feet South
B.No parking on the West side of Fifth Street
C.No parking on either side of Sixth Street except
(1)Parking will be permitted on the West side of Sixth Street
starting 123 feet North of Ashworth Drive South to North
side of Locust Street
(2)Parking will be permitted on the West side of Sixth Street
100 feet South from Locust Street
(3)Parking will be permitted on the East side of Sixth Street
from a point 96 feet North of Ashworth Drive South to the
South side of Walnut Street and from a point 35 feet South
of the South side of Walnut Street to the North side of
Locust Street.
D.No parking on Seventh Streett except
(1)Parking will be permitted on the West side of Seventh Street {
from the South side of Maple Street to a point 142 feet __-
South of Maple Street and from the North side of Walnut Street
to a point 78 feet North of Walnut Street.
(2)Parking will be permitted on the East side of Seventh Street
from the South side of Maple Street to a point 142 feet
South of Maple Street and from the North side of Walnut
Street to a point 87 feet North of Walnut Street.I
nON 5.Regulations concerning East-West Streets are:
A.No parking South side of Laurel Street from Fourth Street
to Sixth Street.
B.No parking on either side of Cherry Street.
C.No parking on either side of Ashworth Drive.
(1)Parking will be permitted from a point 82 feet West of Sixth
Street East on both s ides of Ashworth Drive to the West side of
Fifth Street on the North side and 121 feet West of Fifth
Street on the South side.
D.No parking South side of Maple Street from Seventh Street to
Tenth Street.
E.No parking North side of Walnut Street,except,
(1)Parking will be permitted starting at Sixth Street West
134 feet.
F.No parking South side of Locust Street.
(1)Parking will be permitted 134 feet West of Sixth Street.
G.No parking on either side of Northview from Third Street
to Fourth Street.
H.No parking South side of Northview from Third Street to East Road.
I.No parking North side of Bell Aire.
J.No parking South side of Waukee Avenue.
K.No parking North side of Gray Avenue.
L.No parking South side of Christopher.
M.No parking North side of Corene Avenue
N.No parking Park Drive East to University.
;TION 6.Regulations concerning parking in the Business District (Triangle)
A.Fifteen minute parking will be allowed beginning at a point 78 feet
West of Fifth Street on the South side of Walnut Street to a point
121 feet West of Fifth Street on the South side of Walnut Street.
~.Parallel parking will be allowed on the North side of Walnut Street

SECTION 7.No parking shall be allowed on the public streets anywhere in the Town 0
Waukee for more than twelve consecutive hours.
SECTION 8.If any section,provision,or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged to h
invalid or unconstitutional,such adjudication shall not affect the valldlf
of this ordinance as a whole or any section,provlslon,or part thereof no'
adjudged invalid or unconstitutional.
SECTION 9.This ordinance shall be in effect after it's final passage,approval and
publication as provided by law.
