hearing on selling Lots 9,10,in Block 10,and at that hearing no oral or
written objections were received."

public auction on Auguflt 16,1975 at 2 P.M."

Moved by Larson seconded by Copeland to purchase Lot 3,4,5,and 6 in Block
9,in Wau!{ee,Iowa for total of $10,000 from Irvin J.and Grace L.Levorson.
These lots to be used for future construction of larger water line;using the
$6100 for lots sold on 5th street to defray the cost.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Larson seconded by Bomuel to pay Dallas Co.$300.99 for water
election.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Grandfield seconded by Carpe to pay D.C.Construction final estimate
on storm sewer on 1st Street--$17,182.08;holding 10%for 30 Days.Carried.5-0.

payment on storm sewez-,Carried 5 to O.
