were the Mayor,Bernard Boone,in the chair,and the following named councilmen:
MINUTES
Written objections,if any,were called for,and it was found that there were
none:and oral objections were called for,and none were presented objecting to the sale
of the following described real estate:
The East 247.5 feet of the South 20.8 feet of the
SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 Section 33,Townsh ip 79,
Range 26 West of the 5th P .M .,reserving a perpe-
tua I easement to the City of Waukee over,under,
across,and along all of the above described real
estate for uti Iity lines,san itary lines,storm sewer,
gas ma in,together with the right of ingress and egress,
erect,construct,maintain ,replace,renew,said utili-
ties and construction.No structure shall be built on
above described real estate by its grantee or its successors.

Be It Resolved that the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,sell the
following described real estate in the City of Waukee r Dallas County ,Iowa:

the 5th P .M .,reserv ing a perpetual easement to the City of
Waukee over,under,across,and along ail of the above described
real estate for utility lines,sanitary lines,storm sewer,gas
main,together with the right of ingress and egress,erect,construct,
maintain,replace,renew,said utilities and construction.No struc-
ture shall be bUiiIt on above described real estate by its grantee or its
successors;

that said property be conveyed to H.Mac Olson and Jeanette M.Olson.The purpose
of th is conveyance being to honor comm itments made by the City of Waukee to the proposed
grantees who have paid special assessments on said real estate,and the recited cons idera-

to H.Mack Olson and Jeanette M.Olson for the sum of $1.00 in order
that the commitments of the Council of the City of Waukee to convey
said property to said proposed grantees be honored,said grantees having
paid special assessments thereon in compliance with the agreement with
the City of Waukee,Iowa.
