Corene Acres
Waukee,
Dallas County,
Iowa
We the undersigned,do hereby protest the rezoning request as
has been requested in the filing of Plat 7,Corene Acres,Wau};:".,.

The rezoning request would change this parcel of ground from an

Waukee City Code,R-2 zoning would allow anyone to construct
single unit, duplex units or multi-unit dwellings providing the
lot size requIrements were met.It is also understood, that should
this parcel be rezoned R-2,building permits could not be denied
if the builder did meet and comply to the lot size requirements.
Whether approval is granted on this request or not,or on any
future requests,we request that no additional sanitary hookups
be allowed into the sanitary sewer which serves 1st Street and
Waukee Avenue or the sanitary sewer which serves 1st Street
and Gray Avenue.
We further request, that should any building permits be granted,
regardless of what the zoning is for this parcel -Plat 7,that
