The regular council meeting was held on January 10,1977 with Mayor
Boone presiding and all councilmen present.
Moved by Copeland,second by Grandfield,to approve minutes as
read.Carried 5 to O.
Sgt Ronald Vest presented the monthly police report to the cuuncil.
Moved by Gruber,second by Thompson,to allow $50.00 for annual
Police Federation dues.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Gruber,second by Thompson,to allow $50.00 for Legis=
lative Bulletin for the year 1977.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Thompson,second by Grandfield to reappoint Remo Nizzi
as city clerk-administrator.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Gruber,second by Grandfield,to name the 2nd Monday of
each month at 7:30 p.m.for city council meetings at city hall.
Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Gruber,second by Copeland,to name Brenton State Bank
as the official depository.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Gruber,second by Thompson,to name Dallas County News
as the official newspaper for publications.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Cillpeland,second by Larson,to reappoint Paul Huscher
as city attorney.Carried 5 to O.
Moved by Grandfield,second by Copeland,to reappoint the following
city employees:Harry Jones,Delmer Boll,Curtis Scott,Richard
Romine,Ronald Vest,Robert McLaughlin,Hannah Weil,Ann Ford,
Donna Gorsuch,Dale Boone,C W Robison and John Felton.Carried
