RESOLUTION 2021-115
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2021 FEE SCHEDULE (REVISED)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, as part of the budget review and adoption process, a Fee Schedule for
services provided by the City of Waukee was approved by the Waukee City Council on
March 15, 2021 (Resolution #2021-095); AND,
WHEREAS, upon further review, the Waukee Public Works Department recommends
that the department's Rebate for Rain Garden/Bioretention Cell Reimbursement fee be
deleted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5 h day of April, 2021, that the City of Waukee 2021 Fee Schedule
(Revised) is hereby approved and shall be in immediate effect unless otherwise noted in
the schedule.
