RESOLUTION 2021-125
APPROVING EASEMENTS FOR THE SOUTHWEST AREA TRUNK SEWER
EXTENSION PHASE 2 PROJECT, [PHILLIPS-HAMILTON, INC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Phillips -Hamilton, Inc. of
Waukee, Iowa, are necessary for the purpose of construction of the Southwest Area Trunk Sewer
Extension Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Temporary Construction Easement (1), Temporary Construction Easement (2) and
Sanitary Sewer Easement from Phillips -Hamilton, Inc. for the Southwest Area Trunk Sewer
Extension Phase 2 Project are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 5tn day of April,
2021.
